So now that we have gotten to know each other a little, I thought now would be a perfect time to introduce you to another person who is very special to us here at Delivery Hero.

He’s someone you will probably be seeing a lot more of in the future-and before this starts to sound far too much like I’m setting you up on a blind date, without further adieu-here is Delivero!

Pretty cool looking dude right? How can you not love a hero who is all about food and dressing up in tight Lycra suits!

As an added bonus, our Delivero is not like those other lame heroes who live some half life with an alter-ego, wearing thick framed glasses and acting timid- this guy is hero to the bone!

Have I gone on too much? It’s not like I have a slight crush on a cartoon or anything…but just look at this man!

Your first day of school, the first ballet recital, winning the under 10′s football- we all love those first big milestones in life which we can celebrate. Those occasions when mum gets out the ‘good china’ and says ‘…just this once’ and when Dad proudly puts your trophy in the ‘good room’ for all to see.

For Delivery Hero, our moment was in September this year, when our baby-our website, went live on the internet for the first time.

All the ideas and endless late nights of hard work finally graduated into our beautiful functioning, operating website and here at headquarters we were as proud as punch!

Although no one sprang into the office to award us with a giant trophy, we took it upon ourselves to take a moment to celebrate and participate in a communal pat on the back.

Sure, it wasn’t the most extravagant of parties, alas our cases of Dom Perignon must have been lost in the post, but it still meant a lot to us and we celebrated in in our own true Delivery Hero style….

Pairing up the finest bottles of Sparkling wine, with the finest boxes of Cheezles.

The masterminds of Delivery Hero-Fabian, Alex and CJ happily watched on while some of us got so excited that we had to celebrate the only way we knew how…
