You can BBQ that??

Wohoo, happy spring everyone! Winter is finally over and it’s time to get those shorts out and fire the barbie. But how about trying something different this year? Yes, we all love our steaks and sausages but don’t you think it’s time to spice up your barbies and impress your friends with some crazy grilled things?

Make it fruity

It sounds a bit weird but believe us, grilled fruit is awesome! Just go wild and try everything from peaches to pineapples and plums. Due to the sugar in the fruit it will get an amazing caramel-like flavor you won’t be able to resist. These delicious snacks make great deserts and a percent complement to grilled fish or chicken.

Not kidding, grilled avocados are delish! Slice them, coat them with olive oil, grill them, and eat them as they are or cut them into a salad. Believe us, it’s quite a taste explosion!

Yup, you heard right! This delicious little snack is not just made for the kitchen pan, it’s an absolute killer on the grill, a bit messy but awesome at the same time. All you need is bread, eggs, milk and whatever you want to put on top. Go for it!

Did anyone say pizza?

Grilled pizza is…how shall we say…freaking amazing? Yeah, that describes it pretty well! Just imagine a smoky barbecue taste, a delicious crispy crust and all your favourite toppings all in one. Sounds good? Hell yeah! All it takes is raw pizza dough, a baking sheet and whatever you want to put on top. Stretch the dough out nicely, cover it with olive oil and grill on each side for about a minute. Then just add all your favourite toppings and wait until the cheese is bubbling. Yum!

Grilled Palm Hearts

It sounds a little exotic but is definitely worth a try! Palm hearts are not just amazing in Thai dishes but you can also eat them grilled with a little feta or ricotta cheese on top. Also try to cut them and toss them in a salad for a little extra flavour. All we can say is enjoy!
